Questions.

Everything you need to know about file preparation, production timelines, and minimum orders.

For offset printing, we recommend vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF. For digital printing, high-resolution raster files (PDF, PNG, PSD at minimum 300 DPI) are accepted. Our team reviews all artwork for colour accuracy before production begins.

Digital printing has no minimum order — even 1 piece is fine. For custom offset printing, the minimum is typically 100 units per design to cover prepress and plate alignment costs efficiently.

Standard turnaround for offset print batches is 5–7 business days. Digital orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours. Urgent orders can be accommodated — contact us for express pricing.

Absolutely. We specialise in custom die-cutting and non-standard sizing — custom boxes, wrap-around labels, unique standees, and shaped stickers. Contact us with your dimensions and we will create a custom die-cut template.

Submit files in CMYK colour mode. Ensure all fonts are outlined (converted to paths), all images are embedded at 300 DPI or higher, and your artwork includes 3mm bleed on all sides. Our prepress team will verify before production.

Yes. If your artwork is not print-ready, our prepress design team can retrace logos, fix bleeds, and adjust colour profiles for a nominal studio fee.
